We are seeking an HRIS Functional Lead to oversee the successful implementation and optimisation of Workday's Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits modules on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate with project teams, business SMEs, and stakeholders to define functional requirements, design processes, and ensure seamless integration within the Workday platform. A day in the life... Partner with the Project Manager to develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Lead the functional workstream, managing project activities and ensuring timely delivery in line with project milestones.Track progress, adjust timelines, and ensure all project goals are met within scope and budget.Proactively identify and address project issues, escalating risks that could impact the project timeline or success.Gather and document functional requirements with input from business SMEs and stakeholders, translating them into system configurations.Design and document business processes related to Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits within Workday.Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Develop a deep understanding of Workday's configuration, focusing on Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits modules.Ensure alignment of business processes with company goals, best practices, and Workday capabilities.Support the overall integration of Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits functions into Workday, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.Who you are...
