dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) to join our Brisbane, CA team supporting the SFO Airport .

Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve 50% recruiting/talent acquisition, 40% Employee Training, and 10% HR admin tasks.
The responsibilities include:
Assisting and administering recruiting strategies Collaborating with department managers Attracting candidates Conducting interviews Assessing applicants' skills and experience Providing Unit General Manager with administrative tasks as needed The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well independently in a high volume fast-paced environment and within a team, maintain confidentiality and trust, and be highly adept with electronic file-keeping.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing the hiring needs of the unit and ensuring all positions are hired within the targeted KPI metric.
Works closely with the corporate recruitment department to develop and administer human resource recruiting programs, procedures, plans, and guidelines.
Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for the unit.
Responsible for delivering onboarding and meeting all pre- and post-employment requirements.
Recruit direct line hospitality positions within a manufacturing setting.
Attracting suitable candidates through various channels.
Ensure hiring managers are completing the 30-60-90 probationary review forms for all new hires.
Responsible for annual trainings and/or as needed.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of talent requirements.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Assisting the HR department when needed.
Assisting the unit General Manager with administrative tasks when needed.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Other duties as assigned.
This salary range is influenced by the level of experience.
The base pay is $20.00 - $28.00 hourly.

EDUCATION: Associate degree in human resources plus 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience where sourcing is required, with at least two years within hospitality or manufacturing.

Excellent interpersonal skills organized and detail-oriented.
Must be highly adept with electronic file-keeping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in recruitment and sourcing candidates.
Complete TTT Training within the first 60 days of employment and Master training within the first 3 months.
Proficient in recruiting technology.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and internet required.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, email) also required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Some travel required (up to 25%).
(Bilingual Spanish) required Intellectual/Social demands:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Work environment:
The essential functions of this position are performed indoors.
