Your Opportunity Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) is seeking to undertake a detailed technical planning project in preparation for the implementation of the Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) from 1 July 2025. The Technical Project Manager ieMR role will provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for the development and approval of the detailed technical planning project. The role will be responsible for the delivery of a detailed planning project that will facilitate a successful, timely, high quality and cost-effective implementation of the ieMR for the WBHHS. What we're looking for: Knowledge – you will have expert knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies and processes to deliver projects within a complex and large health environment.
Skills - demonstrated project management skills and experience in applying project management methodologies and processes to deliver projects.

Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in ICT project management will be highly regarded. Management and/or Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Agile / Scrum certificates) and experience in the healthcare sector or in a hospital setting will be highly regarded. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $15,182 p.m., comprising salary between $5,784.20 - $6,120.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f. from date of appointment until 30th June 2025 with the possibility of extension).
