Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a major $100M+ multi-residential project. The role is pivotal for the effective management and successful delivery of this landmark development.
Role Description: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the project, from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring it meets stringent standards of quality, cost control, and timeline adherence.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Direct and manage project development from conception to completion. Resource Coordination: Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project delivery. Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and financials to ensure targets are met. Quality and Risk Management: Oversee quality control and risk management processes to mitigate potential issues. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Team Management: Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams to foster a high-performance culture.
