Our government sector client is seeking a Project Manager HR for a six-month contract, based in Brisbane's inner southern suburbs.

Engage and coordinate HR teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to support project goals. Identify risks, resource gaps, and cost implications, providing proactive solutions. Manage project budgets and prepare regular progress reports for key stakeholders. Ensure effective change management practices are embedded in project delivery. Provide system demonstrations and training sessions for HR teams and leaders. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing complex HR or digital implementation projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in project reporting, governance, and documentation. Ability to support change management and collaborate with internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). Desirable Skills: Previous experience in HR systems projects, especially ServiceNow. Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
