What does the job look like? Reporting to the Group WHSE Manager, you will play an integral role in promoting a positive work health and safety culture to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses to employees, contractors and visitors.
Key areas include:
Provide specialist advice and support to achieve a WHS culture, instilling responsibility of safety awarenessSafety management system support, including incident/hazard reporting and investigationsAdvise, support, coach and lead business unit monthly meetingsEnsure compliance and completion of risk assessment in line with Group methodology and legislationActively promote behaviours that support the Armaguard Group's vision of an injury-free workplaceEnsure initiatives and key learnings are shared across the RegionCompletion of annual auditsAre you the one? Relevant experience and qualifications in Work Health and SafetyWell-developed interpersonal skills to influence, direct and coach othersEffective communication with stakeholders and liaising with team members across multiple sites developing and maintaining strong working relationshipsExperience in MS Office applications with high analytical skillsSound like you?
