As a leading organization in the finance industry, they focus on excellence and innovation in everything they do.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and strategic WHS and Wellbeing Partner to lead and drive our client's work health and safety (WHS) and wellbeing programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of employees, aligning with regulatory standards, and partnering with key stakeholders to create a supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development: Partner with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Head of People Partners to develop and implement a comprehensive WHS and Wellbeing strategy that meets regulatory requirements and aligns with organizational goals.Program Implementation: Drive the creation and execution of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS laws, regulations, codes of practice, and standards. Apply these effectively in line with our Code of Conduct and policies.Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
