What Your Day Will Look Like: You'll start by connecting with patients and families, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Throughout the day, you'll navigate a variety of welfare-related matters—offering guidance on financial aid, transport options, and accommodation resources. Engaging with a multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with external agencies to build strong referral pathways, ensuring your clients receive the best possible support. Your proactive approach will be essential as you participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to resource development, and take part in professional learning, all while embodying the values of Darling Downs Health.
