About the role   This is a Temp to Perm welder position with our client located in Rocklea, a leading provider of high-quality 4×4 Conversion kits.
As a Welder (MIG & TIG), you will be responsible for carrying out welding tasks using various techniques to produce top-notch metal components and structures.
What you'll be doing Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials and thicknesses Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate welding Prepare and assemble metal components for welding Operate and maintain welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects Identify and rectify any issues or defects in the welded components Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and quality standards   What we're looking for Proven experience as a welder, with a strong understanding of MIG and TIG welding techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Current welding certifications or qualifications (desirable but not essential) What we offer Temp to Perm opportunity Immediate start Competitive rate of pay Career progression opportunities Great working environment If you are an experienced Welder, we want to talk with you, so hit the " APPLY " button now to submit your application.
