Katoomba, Blue Mountains & Central West NSWManagement (Hospitality & Tourism)Full timeHighly Competitive Annual Salary PackageWe have an exciting new opportunity for a Wedding and Events Executive to join our team in the Blue Mountains.Whilst the role will be based from Lilianfels Resort and Spa, you will have the opportunity to oversee the sales, coordination and execution of weddings across our 4 Hotels/ Retreats in the area. Imperative to ensuring the success of this role and for Saturday weddings we are seeking someone who is available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.About LilianfelsLocated in the heart of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park and just a 90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD is Lilianfels Resort & Spa.Set amidst two acres of manicured gardens adjacent to Echo Point, this 5-star resort boasts 85 rooms, multiple food and beverage offerings, a 13-metre heated outdoor infinity pool and a 10-metre indoor pool, sauna and spa.About Salter Brothers HospitalitySalter Brothers Hospitality currently operates 16 retreat hotels and estates; more than 20 restaurant and bars; 8 Spa Anise spas and other wellness facilities; and Spicers Scenic Rim Trail, one of the largest ecotourism ventures in Queensland with 38 rooms over five campsites. There are plans for considerable growth in the near future.Here's what you'll doCurating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;Oversee our events and weddings for the hotel / retreat; hosting site visits, preparing event orders, reviewing contract proposals and coordinating a successful event that our guests will love;Coordinating the entire wedding process, from initial meet and greets to site inspections and managing contractors;Connect with clients in the lead up to, during and following their event;Build and maintain positive customer relationships;All administrative elements of events such as preparation of event orders, run sheets, payment and account settlement;Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth delivery of events.This is how you'll know you're right for this roleMinimum 2 years' experience in a Wedding and Events Coordinator / Executive position or similar;A real passion for weddings / special events and creating those memorable moments for our guests;Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the finesse to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners;Creative flair and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences;Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.To apply online, please click on the apply button.#J-18808-Ljbffr
