We Are Looking For Two Full Time Receptionists - Norwood & Unley Hearing Clinics

We are filling TWO RECEPTION POSITIONS. One position for our Norwood Hearing Clinic and one in our Unley Hearing Clinic.
Full-time Receptionist working with an amazing team and company culture! This job is exciting, interesting and extremely satisfying when you can help people to improve their hearing.
The hours are:
9 - 5 Monday to Friday with an 8.30am start on WednesdaysYou are the happy, friendly face of our Norwood or Unley Hearing Clinic on the front desk reception as well as that clear voice on the phone. We are looking for someone passionate about customer service, a friendly and caring nature and an enthusiasm for helping people. 
This role is diverse and busy with front desk reception as well as administration duties and hearing aid repairs. The day to day tasks will include:
Spectacular customer service over the phone and face to face interactionClinic preparationOrders and processing hearing aids (training provided)Connecting hearing aids with bluetooth devices for streamingUsing Xero for invoicing patients, receipting and processing manufacturer's invoicesGeneral Admin Duties - filing, cleaning, assisting patients with private health rebates and insuranceClaiming through Office of Hearing Services programSocial media and blog writingFast paced work environmentHelping patients with managing their hearing devices. This will include connectivity to phones, helping them insert devices, cleaning and device maintenance.You will be trained in all aspects of the role including minor hearing aid repairs and hearing aid cleaning. This allows you to help patients when their hearing aid stops working to get them back on the air again.
Located on The Parade in Norwood or Unley Road in Unley Park, you are surrounded by fabulous cafes and shopping, perfect for great lunch breaks. 
You will receive training in the role but there is a lot to learn. We are looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic person who learns quickly and is after a challenge. 
We are a family owned business with great emphasis on our company culture. We all simply love what we do and who we work with. You will join a small team of 8 staff who are all really friendly and welcoming. 
We maintain our team communication with morning huddle on Wednesdays and have fun once a month at 'Thirsty Thursdays' drinks after work. We are a small husband and wife owned business with a focus on our team, having fun, working hard and helping our patients.
