This position forms part of Wathaurong's operational management team, providing management and oversight of allocated programs within the Family Services Unit. The position works under strategic direction from the Executive Manager to implement operational aspects of service strategy and policy. The position provides effective management to achieve and exceed service and program performance and delivery targets that reflect the social and cultural needs of the community, with a focus on quality system and continuous improvement-based management, and person-centred care and services.
