Responsibilities Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.Identify and address potential risks to ensure projects stay on track.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project excellence.Monitor and report on project performance and progress.Qualifications Experience: 5+ years as a Site Manager or in a similar role in landscaping or construction.Strong understanding of commercial landscaping practices and equipment.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or Construction Management.Why Join Us?
