Warranty Manager/Supervisor

Established residential builder who have continued to grow over the past 5 years, Projects span across wholesale/investment homes & NDIS/Government housing projects.
Opportunity in an autonomous management position with an award winning builder.
The Role: Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible Ability to manage team and set + track KPI's Set Maintenance/Warranty targets Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
Liaise with major clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.
Check & review maintenance and warranty reports About You: Previous experience in a similar role Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent time management and organisational skills Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required  If you feel you have the right experience, please apply below or contact Alastair on 0433697422 or ******
