In this exciting role, you will work closely with architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders to promote our innovative cabinetry hardware solutions, positioning Hettich as the preferred choice in your local market.
Key Responsibilities: Specification & Project Management: Secure specifications for renovation, multi-residential, non-residential commercial, and single-dwelling projects.Manage the specification process from initial contact to project completion.Maintain an up-to-date project pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders.Conduct regular presentations to promote our product range.Participate in industry events and trade shows to identify new business opportunities.Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support regarding product specifications.Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.Market Analysis: Identify key construction projects and develop a robust pipeline.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies.Work closely with the sales team to align specification efforts with the overall sales strategy.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market insights and feedback.Reporting & Documentation: Monitor and report on specification activities, project progress, and market trends.Ensure accurate use of the CRM system.Qualifications/Skills: Proven experience in specification sales, preferably within cabinetry hardware or related industries.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly desirable).Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Why Hettich?
