The Opportunity The primary function of the DC Team Leader is to support the State DC Supervisor/State DC Manager with the day-to-day activities at their warehouse location. This role coordinates the receipt, storage and distribution of all items to ensure that all customers receive quality orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Role responsibilities Provide leadership, direction and delegation of tasks to team members as required.Coordinate, oversee and assist with unloading inbound shipments safely and move product to staging areas and storage locations. Coordinate, oversee and assist with the efficient and safe stack and store parts in the appropriate areas. Assist with quality inspection of parts, update systems, package and/or repackage prior to put away. Oversee and assist with identifying parts to be delivered, inspect for undocumented damage and report if required. Oversee and assist with the pick and preparation of parts for shipment, ensuring that the correct part and correct quantity is picked.Does this sound like you?
