About the Role Whitehaven Coal have a new exciting opportunity in our Blackwater Maintenance team for a Warehouse Superintendent.The role will work with a small team to manage the warehouse and inventory service for our Blackwater operations team.This will be a site based role Monday to Friday. What You'll Do Reporting to the Blackwater Maintenance Manager and with a functional report to the Queensland Warehouse Manager your role will consist of: Lead the site warehouse team in managing the supply logistics, inventory and consumables for our Blackwater mining, maintenance and processing operations.Supply logistics process and procedure creation, review and implementation.Supply logistics optimisation strategy, and delivery of business improvement initiatives. Shutdown, critical spares and non-business as usual supply logistics planning management.Supply disruption management.Liaison with Whitehaven corporate business specialists in procurement, inventory management and supply logistics. What You'll Bring Knowledge of Supply Platforms is essential (the site uses SAP for inventory management).Self-motivator who can drive performance and excellence from your direct reports whilst also providing a safe and collaborative work environment.
