As a Warehouse Supervisor at our Distribution Centre of Excellence (DCOE), you'll effectively lead the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse.
This critical role includes overseeing stock control, managing ingoing and outgoing goods, and ensuring that our impeccable safety standards are upheld.
You'll be a natural team leader, critical in motivating and training our Warehouse Operators and Truck Drivers in all key areas of warehousing and distribution.

You'll take a hands-on approach in training and motivating your team, ensuring that everyone is well-versed in key warehouse processes and safety protocols.

Operational Excellence: Your keen eye for detail will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse.
You'll oversee stock control processes, ensuring that every item is accounted for and correctly handled.
You'll ensure that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: By building strong relationships across key functions, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and identify areas for improvement.
You'll implement innovative solutions and best practices that enhance our processes and boost our productivity.
Who You Are: You're a dedicated, safety-focused leader with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Your effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and efficient time management set you apart.
You have at least 12 months of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse distribution environment, with a solid understanding of warehouse safety principles and a proven track record of leading by example.
Your expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP, complements your keen eye for detail, can-do spirit, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Bonus Points: Knowledge of batteries or Dangerous Goods, a forklift or MR licence, warehouse/distribution qualifications, and a First Aid Certificate are desirable, but not essential.
