The Position - Project Coordinator Reporting to the Account Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating assigned projects and implementing effective work processes.
Handling of export logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
Complete EDNs and PRAs for FCL and BBLK cargo Issue BOLs Liaise with Shipping Team and Cargo Superintendents to ensure smooth movement of BBLK cargo Arrange all domestic cartage for Key Account stock cargo Arrange all booking and collections of FCL cargo Arrange all BBLK cargo collections and deliveries to the Port of Brisbane Send pre-alerts to Destination client Post all transport supplier invoices Invoice out domestic cartage and compile into claim Assist the team whenever possible with additional scope of work Implementing efficient work processes on allocated projects.
Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company.

About the Candidate Diploma, First Degree, or relevant experience Project Coordinator experience 5+ years of International Logistics experience Strong negotiation skills Complete understanding of company values English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5 IT – Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilities Proven decision-making capabilities Ability to represent the Company at all levels and to build strong client and customer relationships Creativity and Innovation Commitment and Passion Exceptional oral and written communication skills Physically capable of national/international travel and safely accessing operating/construction sites.
