In this job you will: As a Warehouse Operations Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. You will manage, develop and grow customer relations for the site as well as manage current employee welfare and satisfaction. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology. Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external. Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams. Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met and correct action is taken to rectify. You have the following qualities & qualifications: 5+ years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics. Superior knowledge of warehouse operations within a 3 PL environment. 3+ years' managing teams with strong leadership experience. Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations with a strong background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities. Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a strong customer service focus. Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Strong experience with WMS - ideally SAP or Manhattan systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
