Warehouse Assistant & Customer Support

Are you a motivated and hands-on Warehouse All-Rounder looking to join a small but dynamic team?

Our client is a small but friendly company in the pumps industry, based in Marrickville, Sydney, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to support our clients warehouse operations.

Role Highlights: Monday to Friday, full-time role Diverse responsibilities, including pick packing, processing invoices, managing warranty claims, and customer service Opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch orders Handle invoicing and warranty claims with accuracy Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries Assist with general warehouse duties, stock control, and keeping the space organized What We're Looking For: Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A customer-first attitude with good communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Forklift license (preferred but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a company that values teamwork and dedication, we'd love to hear from you!
