For nearly a century, Grove has delivered best-in-class performance and groundbreaking technology through its range of rough-terrain, all-terrain and crawler cranes.About the roleReporting to the WA Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing Grove sales performance by managing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of WATM's brand and value proposition in the marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate consistent high levels of customer service.Maintain a regular visitation program with the WATM customer base.Ensure solutions meet the required objectives of the customer including interpreting lift studies.Ensure all customer deliverables including quote requests and general queries are managed in accordance with customer expectations.Preparing business plans to identify potential areas for commercial growth.Coordinating the delivery of cranes, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.Ensure that management is kept up to date with the latest market trends and developments.About YouYou will have a proven background as an Account/ Sales Manager ideally with experience in the lifting industry.
