This role is located in Melbourne, Australia - Hybrid.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Responsible for relationship coverage and business development by marketing the firm's Treasury Services / Transaction Banking's service offering to key Financial Institutions across Australia & New Zealand.Develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring, managing, and growing the portfolio of key client relationships.Manage large and sophisticated clients with complex buying/decision-making processes.Evaluate client needs and ensure sustained client engagement to grow revenue while strengthening business relationships.Track and report pipeline and progress against account plans developed for key accounts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a holistic customer experience.Execute relationship management strategy through proactive account management and deployment of client service teams.Serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction.Focus on the maintenance and implementation of bank's policies and procedures.Development as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specialized function or business/product is essential.To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:Strong core competency, experience, and knowledge in Transaction banking products and services.Proven relationship management experience and a well-established network of Financial Institutions.Experience in negotiating agreements for inter-bank transactions.Good working knowledge of data analysis tools.Strong experience in KYC/AML risk and control processes for Banks.Must be willing to travel for Business.BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence.
