About the companyA leading freight & logistics organisation based in South Sydney is seeking a commercially orientated professional to support execute the organisational strategy, major projects and contribute to the growth.
About the roleSupporting the CFO and working closely with the commercial lead, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Building financial / valuation models, investment proposals, risk assessments and business case documentsLead contractual negotiationsPrepare and present board papersSupport financial impact analysis, assessing implications of investment activities on Group key performance metrics, balance sheet settings and cash flowsProvide insights and analysis on opportunities to optimise return on investment across the group, working closely with the finance and business leaders accountable for strategic investmentsIndustry and market analysisLead the review of contractsAssess project performanceThe successful applicantYou will ideally have a background across commercial, corporate finance and strategy.
You will have effective communication skills with a track record of influencing & negotiating with stakeholders.
Experience from a freight, transport, logistics, infrastructure, Transaction Services from Big4 or similar background is advantageous.
