What You Will Be Doing As Volume TA Lead, you will be based in our Sydney Head Offices reporting to the Head of TA and working in a team of 8 Talent Acquisition Partners and a Recruitment Marketing Specialist. Responsible for overseeing the recruitment of our highest volume role – Pathology Collectors, this fast-paced role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing effective recruitment strategies involving sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process, as well as using proactive sourcing methods and working with the recruitment marketing specialist on recruitment campaigns.
Your key responsibilities will include: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their volume & geographical requirements.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process – screening & interviewing candidates online to assess their qualifications and fit.Coordinating and scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.Conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.Providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.Keeping a constant talent pool & pipeline of qualified candidates.Using different technologies to maximise efficiency.Staying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscape.What Type of Person Will Be Successful To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised as you juggle multiple roles and hiring managers.
