The Director People and Culture is a newly created role that will be instrumental in fostering a people-centric culture and providing strategic counsel to the Executive Leadership Team on all workforce-related matters.
The position has eight direct reports and a larger, geographically dispersed team, and covers the full employee lifecycle including all employer obligations (legal and ethical), supporting organisational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, wellbeing health and safety, security, learning and capability, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion.
This is an ongoing, full-time, Band 1, Health Service Senior Executive (HSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $217,997 to $242,100 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
