Job DescriptionAre you passionate about HR operations and recruitment? ELMO is looking for a detail-orientedPeople & Culture Coordinatorto support our dynamic People & Culture team. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, this dual-reporting role also works closely with the Senior Careers & Culture Manager, based in either Sydney or Melbourne!
In this role, you'll manage HR administration, people data reporting, and recruitment processes, playing a key part in maintaining a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, centralised employee data and reporting.Develop live HR dashboards and present analytics.Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring top-quality hires.Craft job descriptions and interview questions aligned with our values.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.Drive improvements in HR and recruitment processes.Provide ad hoc reporting (e.g., diversity, performance, L&D compliance). Support system integration projects (Bloom, PayRTA, HAL, HRO).Prepare HR letters, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.Key Performance Indicators Timely and accurate HR reporting and data management.Successful recruitment outcomes with high-quality shortlists.Effective implementation of process improvements and SOPs.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat we would like you to bring to the team... 1-2 years' experience in HR, People Operations, or administration.Advanced Excel and proficient PowerPoint skills.Recruitment experience is highly regarded.Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in HRIS and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.ELMO Software Limited is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to join our team.
