Visitor Host, Logistics and Administration Officer Guest Relations: Welcome visitors to Moss Wood with warmth and enthusiasm. Conduct winery visits, share the story of Moss Wood, and provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
Administration Support: Work collaboratively with various departments within the winery to provide administrative assistance. Manage reservations, coordinate visits, and handle inquiries to ensure seamless operations.
Small Team Collaboration: Thrive in a small, tight-knit team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and contributing to the overall success and positive culture of Moss Wood.
Logistics: Prepare and execute shipping of wine from our warehouse to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small team environment.
