Our client is seeking a Vice President for their Corporate Loans division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global operations team responsible for the management of a principal investing portfolio, from pre-acquisition to divestment. What you'll do:As Vice President - Corporate Loans, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a large and well-connected investing business. Your responsibilities will span from operational analysis of proposed transactions to implementation of effective management procedures. You will also be involved in advising and coordinating approvals across various stakeholders, ensuring smooth transaction closing and ongoing administration. This role provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and technical expertise in a dynamic environment.
Work directly with the principal investing deal teamSupport operational management and execution activities for private credit, private equity and real estate product linesEnd to end transaction management for a portfolio of investmentsOperational analysis of proposed transactionsImplementation of procedures for effective day to day managementAdvising and coordinating approvals across internal and external stakeholdersTransaction closing and ongoing administrationWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Vice President - Corporate Loans position brings extensive experience within financial or professional services. You possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business. Your previous roles have given you hands-on experience with Loan IQ or an equivalent corporate loan management system. Experience in process optimization and change projects will be advantageous. CPA or CFA qualifications would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
