You might be the right person for this role!
In consultation with the Senior Minister the Director will: Manage use of site for the yearly calendar of ministries, and events (including internal and external bookings).
Liaise with the Remote Administrator who manages the church website, social media accounts and weekly electronic communications.
Work with the Remote Administrator to maintain the church database and work to utilise it across all ministry areas where possible.
Liaise with the Weddings Co-ordinator to ensure smooth operation of the site.
Promote the site for hire by suitable outside hirers and arrange documentation.
Undertake weekly administrative responsibilites for ministry areas (printing, staff meetings etc.)
In addition, the individual will be required to support the vision, mission, and values of the St Stephen's community.
