About The Role
Duties will include:
Assisting the Property Manager Tenant and Landlord liaison Condition reports Entry and exit inspections Opens Repairs and maintenance
The Ideal Candidate will have:
An Agents Representative Certificate / Cert 4 in Real Estate Practise Exposure to Real Estate coming from reception or leasing consultant is beneficial A reliable car and valid drivers licence Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + Super
