Venue Support Officer

We are seeking a hard working, passionate individual to take the role of Venue Support Officer in one of our regional venues based in Tolland NSW.The Venue Support Officer will be able to demonstrate a general knowledge of payroll, stock, accounts payable/receivable and above all else have a strong focus on customer service.This role is an integral part of the venue's success and therefore the chosen candidate will be a valued member of the Management Team. This role will involve back of house work as well as front of house supporting the team in the bar and bistro.Responsibilities of the Venue Support Officer:Maintaining accurate data entry within reporting deadlineSigning up new employeesMaintaining filing and archiving within the venueAnswering telephone enquiriesMaintain confidentiality and security of informationSupporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day venue operationsTaking functions bookings & liaising with venue staff to ensure the events run smoothly.Preferred Skills, Experience & Attributes:Organisational & time management skillsHospitality experience is preferred but not essentialRSA qualification (RCG qualifications are preferred but not essential)Endeavour Group provides an attractive work environment, challenging work and the opportunity for advancement.
