The Tolland Hotel is your family friendly local hotel in Tolland, just 4 km outside of Wagga Wagga.
Established in 1834, we've been a long time favourite for many generations of locals and visitors alike.

What you'll do: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need: Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisationIndustry licences and accreditation - RSA/RCG & Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling.Able to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirementsThe benefits are good too!
