Exciting Opportunity for Venue Managers in Townsville, Queensland! We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing professional to lead the operations of two chic and trendy restaurants and be further involved into projects and further openings?
About the Role: As a Venue Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of two popular restaurants. Set and maintain standards and quality assurances. Play a key role in project management and the launch of new venues. Enhance community involvement through your engaging personality. Lead and motivate the staff to ensure excellent service and smooth operations. Report directly to the Managing Director. Ideal Candidates: Have experience as an Operations Manager, F&B Manager or Venue Manager in busy establishments. Free standing restaurant experiences. Are skilled in coordinating and managing daily operations. Possess strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills. Are passionate about guest services and culinary excellence.
