Job Description
As the Venue Manager of this community-focused Pub, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue.
You will guide and build your team while overseeing a wide array of product offerings spanning traditional on-premise drivers including accommodation, food, beverage, gaming and retail.
The role will enable you to cover all aspects of the business as well as continue to foster strong community relationships. It represents your opportunity to elevate your career to the next level by leading a large, dynamic hospitality operation to elevated levels of trade and general performance.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience as a Venue Manager in a food, beverage, retail and gaming venue The ability to recruit, develop, lead and motivate your team Exceptional management skills and the ability to manage up High-level customer service A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and gaming A strategic mindset focused on incremental revenue growth Offer
