Seeking an experienced and dynamic Pub Venue Manager to join a reputable family-owned company located in the heart of Gisborne, Victoria.
The establishment boasts a lively pub atmosphere paired with top-notch gaming facilities.
This role requires a confident and enthusiastic leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong compliance knowledge in line with gaming industry standards, excellent training and coaching abilities, and the capability to run the venue autonomously.

Responsibilities Oversee Venue Operations: Manage the smooth running of the pub, bistro, sports bar, and gaming rooms.
Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to gaming industry regulations and compliance standards.
Training and Coaching: Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards.
Customer Service: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring patrons have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue generation opportunities.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the management regarding venue performance and customer feedback.
Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the gaming industry.
Strong gaming industry knowledge.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to train and coach staff effectively.
Experience in managing bistro, sports bar, and gaming rooms.
