About the roleThe Agility Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption and embedding agile transformation across the organisation, with a strong focus on working directly with teams on change enablement and shifting mindsets to adopt agile values and practices.
Working closely with the Head of Agile Delivery, this role is a key change agent, ensuring that the organisation embraces the cultural and behavioural shifts necessary for sustainable business agility.
The role holds accountability for the co-creation of the change management strategy utilising the Lifeblood OCM framework and toolkit to engage stakeholders at all levels, and promote a mindset of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
In parallel with the above the role ensures that the transition to agile ways of working is understood, accepted, and embedded across the organisation, while aligning transformation efforts with broader business goals.

Here's what we are looking for: Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, with a focus on enabling mindset and behavioural shifts across diverse teams.Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience in supporting the adoption of agile practices.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Skilled in coaching individuals, teams, and leaders to adopt agile principles and lead through change, ensuring sustainable transformation.Strong organisational skills, with experience in activity planning and reporting.This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a hybrid working environment and can be based any location nationally.
