As a Venue Manager, you will be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is an expert within their field. The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented, commercially savvy and pro-active to the needs of our guests and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day operation of this iconic venue offering a unique crafted dining experience, including effective management of a dynamic team.

A few of your responsibilities: Work with the support of the Assistant Venue Managers to drive venue profitability and efficienciesAnalysis and management of labour and cost of goods to maximise venue revenueMentoring and developing your team to maximise engagement and retentionLiaison with internal and external stakeholders What are we looking for: Extensive venue management experience in high-end restaurants, executive lounges or barsA hands-on operational approach and be passionate about developing your career within hospitalityOutstanding standards, professionalism, and a commitment to guest serviceA passion for service – someone who loves to build rapport with your regular guests!Confidence to lead a large and diverse team (150+ TMs) that provides mentoring to get the best out of each individualA proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail skills are highly regardedA transparent, thoughtful and consistent approach to team communicationsAccreditation in Responsible Service of AlcoholAbout you: With your exceptional attention to detail and venue management background, you will take pride in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.
