About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join a leading property management firm. The successful candidate will manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are protected and enhanced while delivering top-notch property management services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in property management and a knack for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies. Manage tenant relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee tenant communication. Guide the team in budget management, financial reporting, and achieving financial KPIs. Facilitate property development, acquisition, and divestment processes. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client service. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Assistant Portfolio Managers and Operations Coordinators. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Property Economics, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in the property/building industry. Demonstrated success in portfolio management and team leadership. Strong knowledge of WHS, sustainability, and building services. Exceptional communication skills and ability to write detailed reports. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
