Provide exceptional service by addressing guest inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the venue. Plan and execute events, promotions, and special activities that attract and engage our gaming audience. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive attendance and create buzz. Monitor budgetary aspects, including expenses and revenue, to ensure financial goals are met. Implement cost-control measures without compromising guest experience. Qualifications: A solid understanding of the gaming industry is essential. Proven experience in venue management or a related field, ideally within a high-energy or entertainment-focused environment. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating staff. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the venue's operational needs and special events.
