Join our dynamic team as a Vendor Controller, reporting to the New Machines Mining Manager. In this pivotal role, you will ensure vendors are confirmed and approved to work at our New Machines site via the OnTrac contractor management system, facilitating seamless transactions between operations and vendors.
What you'll do: Serve as the main point of contact for vendors entering the workshop for machine-related tasks.Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and the planning team to ensure smooth operations.Verify vendor compliance, including onsite permissions and up-to-date licenses.Manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with up to 13 active bays and multiple vendors.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)
