Herron Todd White, Rockhampton, is seeking an experienced Valuation Coordinator /Administrative Assistant to join their team in a permanent capacity. This is a vital role to the business, and you will be working in a collaborative team environment with highly committed employees to support the valuers within the company.
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:
Registration of new quotation requests and valuation requests Completing property searches Checking client and fee requirements, with strict attention to detail Quality assurance and document control Arranging inspection appointments and creating schedules Liaising with valuers regarding client updates General administration Additional duties as required to support the team. To be considered for this position, you will need:
A minimum of two years general administration experience Diploma or Certificate III in Business Administration preferred but not essential.
