Administration & Financial Coordinator.
Cree8 an Australian owed Construction Company engaging in Commercial Subcontract works / Partitions and Ceilings, has the opportunity for an experienced Administration & Financial Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager & Director, your role will be diverse and challenging, allowing you to make a genuine impact on our business.
Responsible for:
Overseeing financial records, systems and processes including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and benefitsDevelop & monitor budgets, including new proposalsAnalysing & reporting on financial data, including monthly expenditures & cash flowCross training to cover redundanciesManage admin records and ensure legal complianceManage human resources including defining & updating policy & procedures and HR toolsRepresent the company in financial, admin, legal and HR mattersAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableEnsure the quality of IT equipment & software, follow up on technical assistanceKnowledge and experience in construction payroll BAS / IAS, Payroll Tax, BUSQ, BERT & CIPQ ContributionsMonthly reconciliations for multiple entities to the General ManagerFleet managementClient invoicing and retentionsIntercompany loans/transactionsBank reconciliations – multiple entities InsuranceQBCC requirementsWorkers Compensation InsuranceMaintain relationships with external stakeholders Skills / Experience:
Relevant Financial qualifications Proven experience in the Construction IndustryMYOB, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable with a minimum of 5 years High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & IT Support Personal attributes:
