An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, results orientated, business savvy leader to join our team as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager. This is a Full Time Permanent Role, with 2 Rostered Days Off per month and an attractive remuneration package; base, bonuses, phone allowance, fuel, and access to a Toyota vehicle. We are a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 40 years. Supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers means there's always opportunities for career growth. How you will make an Impact: This role will be responsible for driving the sales of the Used Vehicle department. This is a hands-on sales management role, leading and motivating the sales team in achieving monthly and annual volume and profit targets.
Ideally, you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of driving results across various facets of the dealership as well as driving a high performance culture.
