This dealership is part of a family-owned group that has been going from strength to strength.Duties and Responsibilities:Previous experience as a Sales Manager in either New or Used Cars.Managing all aspects of the Used Vehicle Sales Department.Gaining business from new and existing customers.Ensuring department meets KPI's.Monitoring used vehicle sales revenue, margin and expense performance.Ensuring that top customer service is delivered to all customers.Staff training.Oversee negotiations between sales staff and customers.Stock presentation and inventory control.Aim to achieve required CSI levels.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background as a Sales Manager within a dealership environment.
