What role will you play We are seeking an Accountant to join our UniLodge & Essence team located at our Head Office in Brisbane CBD. You will be responsible for the preparation of management accounts for Australian and New Zealand properties under UniLodge & Essence management.
In a rapidly growing business, this role requires the accountant to deliver a consistent, accurate and high-quality service. Our role will allow you to grow & develop your accounting and professional skills, whilst gaining a thorough understanding of how a thriving Finance Department works. More specifically you will:
Preparation of month end management accounts for properties – income journals, bank reconciliations, pre-payments & accruals, profit and loss statements, balance sheet, GST and cash flow statements Variance analysis between actuals vs budget and providing commentary.
