Reporting to the Production Superintendent and Mine Manager as an integral part of the team, the primary purpose of this role is to drive operational excellence, safety culture and maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement of the Maxwell Bord and Pillar Underground Operation.
The successful candidate will have a high level of problem solving skills!
