About the role
The Senior Contract Manager provides high level technical and strategic advice to the Local Health District (LHD), in maintaining cohesive and collaborative partnerships with private providers under High Risk/High Value contracts, primarily our Public & Private Partnership (PPP) for Orange and Bathurst Health Campus.
On a day-to-day basis the position will work with Manager Contracts & Procurement, site General Managers and our PPP providers to ensure implementation of the operational requirements and KPIs of high value contracts.
The Senior Contract Manager provides high level operational management advice to support negotiations with the private providers on the achievement of contract objectives.
Relationship and contract management skills and demonstrated high level communication skills are essential to this role. Juggling competing interests of strategic stakeholders, and ensuring accountability for all parties, is a constant element to success in this position.
Continuous education and development is essential for this role and is strongly supported by the leadership team.
