Tyre Retail Store Sales Manager (Or Sales Assistant)

Busy Tyre retail store (Bob Jane tmarts) in Balcatta seeking to fill Sales Manager and Sales Assistant role.
Sales Manager Responsibilities: Good understanding of Australian compliance requirements on wheel and tyre fitments. Workshop and operational skills required. Generate and follow up on sales opportunities. Inspect and provide advice on tyre conditions. High problem-solving skills. Minimum 3 years experience in tyre retail. Remuneration package is negotiable, starting at $75,000 but up to $100,000 p.a. total earnings according to the applicant's experience and skill level. Sales Assistant Responsibilities: Preferably minimum 1-year sales role experience (can be in other retail businesses; training available). Generate and follow up on sales opportunities. Inspect and provide advice on tyre conditions. Remuneration package is negotiable, starting at $55,000 but up to $70,000 p.a. total earnings according to the applicant's experience and skill level. Full-time (11 days per fortnight) position available, but part-time/casual may be considered. Alternative Saturday off may be available.
