About the role
My client is looking for two expeienced administration officers to join the team on a temp to perm full time ongoing basis. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a friendly "can-do" attitude and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Entry level & experienced administrators encouraged to apply.

No work from home options available

You will be responsible for:
Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
Providing all round support to the senior coordinators
Prepare, generate, and monitor monthly reports
Assist management with any other duties as directed

To be successful in this role you will have:
Intermediate excel skills
SAP experience preferred
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
Reliable and self motivated
